Trilegal is the latest to add an antitrust partner to its ranks with the addition of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co partner Gauri Chhabra in Mumbai.

Chhabra has 15 years of experience working on competition matters including, cartel enforcement, abuse of dominance, merger control, and competition compliance. She has represented Indian and multinational clients across sectors, such as airlines, cement, natural resources, and manufacturing, before the Competition Commission of India.

Chhabra’s hire comes after the departure of Trilegal’s former antitrust practice head Nisha Kaur Uberoi to JSA Advocates & Solicitors last month. AZB & Partners also added antitrust partner Dinoo Muthappa from Talwar Thakore & Associates in the same month. In May, AZB added Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas competition partner Kirthi Srinivas in Mumbai.

With Chhabra’s addition, Trilegal partnership strength has reached 128.
