The Malaysia-headquartered legal network ZICOlaw has added Singapore firm Insights Law, which is expected to provide local law advice for the network.

Insights Law is led by directors Chua Wei Min, who joins from ZICOlaw Singapore, and Gregory Chan, who previously spent 11 years with local firm Colin Ng & Partners.

Chan’s corporate advisory experience covers a range of Singapore and cross-border business transactions involving M&A, IPOs, RTOs, take-overs, and other capital markets, fund-raising, securities, commercial and investment transactions, and related corporate compliance.

Chua specialises in cross-border corporate and private equity transactions, regulatory compliance and is also experienced in private wealth planning involving trusts and foundations. She joined the Singapore foreign law practice of the ZICO Law network in 2003, and was co-managing partner of that for the past year. 

ZICOlaw currently covers 15 cities in eight ASEAN countries. Other member firms include Zaid Ibrahim & Co in Malaysia, Roosdiono & Partners in Indonesia and Sok Siphana & Associates in Cambodia.
