J Sagar Associates (JSA) has advised Indian used-vehicle platform Cars24 on its $450 million Series F funding round, with Goodwin Procter, Khaitan & Co and Trilegal advising various investors.

Investors in this funding round included included DST Global, Falcon Edge, Softbank Vision Fund 2, Tencent, Moore Strategic Ventures and Exor Seeds.

According to Reuters, Cars24 dominates over 90 percent of India's online used-car marketplace and operates across more than 130 cities in India. Following the funding, the platform has nearly doubled its valuation to $1.84 billion.

The JSA team was led by partners Trisheet Chatterjee, Zain Pandit and Sarvesh Kumar Saluja.
