Pinsent Masons and HSA Advocates have been tapped as international legal consultants for the $235 million (P12.55 billion) Clark Airport PPP project of the government of the Philippines.

Philippine law firm Gulapa Law Office is also involved in the project, acting as the local legal counsel.

The project is seen as the first-of-its-kind to come under the government’s hybrid public-private partnership (PPP) scheme. The airport aims to see eight million passengers annually – twice its current capacity – and is expected to culminate in 2019.

Partners Anjan Dasgupta and Ajoy Halder will oversee this project for HSA.
