Ince & Co Hong Kong has hired commercial litigation and international arbitration specialist Adrian Lo as a partner from Jones Day, where he was an associate. 

With expertise in cross-border issues, Lo's practice focuses on shareholders’ and directors’ disputes, contractual disagreements, employment issues, and construction disputes. His clients include investment banks, private equity firms, and multinational corporations.

Additionally, Lo has experience in compliance, anti-corruption, and regulatory matters, having handled investigations by law enforcement agencies and regulators, and assisted clients in navigating compliance and regulatory issues.

With Lo’s hire, Ince Hong Kong has six partners. The firm recently saw the departure of partner Priscilla Wong, who had joined in 2023 from Loeb & Loeb, to Anthony Siu & Co.
