U.S. law firm Squire Patton Boggs has hired data security and technology specialist Charmian Aw as a partner in Singapore from Reed Smith.

With more than a decade and a half of experience, Aw advises international companies on multijurisdictional projects regarding compliance, data governance, digital transformation, emerging technologies, cybersecurity readiness and incident response, and cross-border transfers.
