The Hong Kong office of full-service, multidisciplinary law firm Blank Rome recently appointed Kristi Lynn Swartz as its new managing partner. In this capacity, Swartz is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the firm’s Hong Kong branch, and also overseeing its business development and marketing activities.

Swartz’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and capital formation. She particularly specialises in corporate finance, U.S. and Hong Kong bourse enquiries, restructurings, and IP licensing and enforcement. She is also experienced in compliance issues and market misconduct cases. Swartz counts Fortune 500 companies and high net worth individuals among her clients. 
She has been a partner at Blank Rome since April 2011, and has practiced law in Hong Kong for more than 15 years.
