HWL Ebsworth has promoted Stanley Drummond to the firm’s partnership. The firm has also promoted Sam Dwyer to the rank of special counsel.

Drummond only commenced with the firm earlier this year after joining from Norton Rose. He has more than 20 years of experience in superannuation, wealth management and insurance. In addition to private practice experience he has also held roles in-house at St. George Bank, Vero Insurance, ING Australia and GE Money. He will remain based in Sydney.

Dwyer practices in corporate and commercial law, specialising in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, corporate finance and capital raisings, corporate restructures and general commercial contracts. He is based in Melbourne.
