Indonesian law firm Soewito Suhardiman Eddymurthy Kardono (SSEK) has promoted corporate lawyers Lasmaroha Simbolon and Fahrul Yusuf to its partnership.

Simbolon and Yusuf both joined SSEK in 2002. They have extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and corporate governance and regulatory matters.

According to a press release issued by the firm, the two new partners’ clients include Panin ANZ, Bank Mandiri, Bayan Resources, Toyota and SC Johnson.
