Singapore Big Four firm WongPartnership has departed from its earlier management structure that had Rachel Eng as the sole managing partner, naming Eng and Ng Wai King as its joint managing partners.

Eng and Ng are members of the seven-member executive committee at WongPartnership, chaired by senior partner Alvin Yeo SC. Ng will continue to head the firm’s corporate group.

In a statement, Yeo said that the the demands of managing WongPartnership, “with a growing regional network and international clients, are becoming increasingly heavy,” adding the joint managing partners will share the responsibility of driving the firm’s practices.
