Pinsent Masons Mpillay, the Singapore joint law venture of Pinsent Masons, has hired TMT specialist Bryan Tan as partner from boutique law firm Keystone Law Corp.

Tan, who was founding partner and director at Keystone, is a TMT lawyer with a client base comprising government bodies across Southeast Asia, multinational corporations (MNCs) and large SMEs, as well as start-ups. He brings with him a small team from Keystone.

“Pinsent Masons' Asia-Pacific business has grown markedly along with those of our clients,” said Ian Laing, Pinsent Masons' head of Asia, in a statement. “Bryan is a significant appointment for us in Singapore given its increasing prominence as the technology services sector hub for Southeast Asia. We remain committed to advising our clients throughout the whole of the Asia-Pacific region as their businesses expands.”

Tan and his team will join in May.
