Morrison & Foerster has moved litigation partner Daniel Levison, a member of the firm’s FCPA + Anti-Corruption Task Force, from Tokyo to Singapore.

Levison has represented clients in cross-border disputes, and also counseled clients on compliance matters and conducting internal investigations across the Asia-Pacific region. His practice has included work in Southeast Asian countries like Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore.

“Dan’s move underscores our commitment to expanding our coverage to ensure we are where our clients need us as they expand their businesses, while navigating an increasingly challenging regulatory environment,” said Eric Piesner, managing partner of MoFo’s Singapore office, in a statement.

Levison’s experience includes fraud and corruption, cartel and other competition matters, export control, privacy and data security, and regulatory and product safety investigations.
