Clayton Utz has announced three new partner appointments, effective 1 January 2014. The new partners will be Anna Casellas of the workplace relations, employment and safety team in Perth; Scott Grahame of the litigation and dispute resolution team in Sydney and Orla McCoy, also of the Sydney litigation and disputes team. McCoy has particular expertise in the area of complex external administration while Grahame is a commercial litigator with a particular focus on the energy & resources sector.
