Baker & McKenzie has hired corporate M&A lawyer Jeremy White as a partner at its Tokyo office.

A registered foreign lawyer (bengoshi), White joins from Allen & Overy’s Tokyo office, where he was a counsel.

White advises Japanese companies on their outbound investments, as well as multinationals on their inbound transactions. He also handles private equity work, joint ventures, post-merger integration matters, M&A disputes work and the creation compliance programmes.
