Korean law firm Bae, Kim & Lee has hired Jong Baek Park, former managing partner of Apex LLC, as a partner in Seoul.

Park advises clients on corporate, finance, project finance, and private equity matters. He also plans to collaborate with Bae, Kim & Lee’s IT and IP teams to establish a software-related practice focusing on open source software licences and compliance.

Park is also an arbitrator on the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board, as well as an advisor to the Korean Exchange.
