Stephenson Harwood has three new partners in its Hong Kong office, after promoting aviation finance specialist Simon Wong and commercial disputes lawyer Phillip Rompotis to its partnership, and hiring dispute specialist Giovanna Kwong from SJ Berwin.
Kwong focuses on litigation and dispute resolution, and advises companies in the financial, insurance, pharmaceutical and public sectors. Wong advises airlines, financiers and lessors on aircraft acquisition projects, aviation joint ventures in China, licensing arrangements and operating and finance leases; whileRompotis handles litigation and international arbitration matters, with a focus on the transport, technology, financial services, construction and energy and resources sectors.
The new partners bring Stephenson Harwood’s partner tally to 16 across its four offices in Greater China.
