Shearman & Sterling has promoted capital markets lawyer Paloma Wang and project finance expert Robin Bayley to its partnership in Hong Kong and Abu Dhabi, respectively.

Wang represents issuers and underwriters on initial public offerings in Hong Kong, and also advises on private equity, and compliance and regulatory matters.

Bayley focuses on energy and infrastructure projects in the MENA region, and also advises on multisource financings, export credit agencies, project bonds and Islamic finance.

Shearman & Sterling promoted five more lawyers to its partnership across its offices in London, New York, Paris and Frankfurt.
