Southeast Asian law firm Tilleke & Gibbins has promoted Kasamesunt Teerasitsathaporn to partnership in its dispute resolution and litigation group in Bangkok.

Kasamesunt, who has more than 18 years of legal experience, specialises in civil and criminal litigation, focusing on customs disputes. He has notable experience appearing before Thailand’s Administrative Court. Kasamesunt  is also a director of the Draft Law Screening Committee of the Lawyers Council of Thailand.

“In his 12 years of dedicated service to Tilleke & Gibbins, Kasamesunt has distinguished himself through his commitment to ensuring consistently excellent results for the firm’s clients,” said Tiziana Sucharitkul, the firm’s co-managing partner and Director, Dispute Resolution, in a statement. “In his new role as a partner, Kasamesunt will help to oversee further growth in our dispute resolution and litigation team, which is already among the largest and strongest in Thailand.”
