Drew & Napier has welcomed back construction and engineering specialist Lee Chau Ee as its new head of construction and engineering.

Lee rejoins the firm from the Dubai office of Reed Smith, where he founded and headed its Middle East construction and engineering practice, before becoming Dubai office managing partner.

After spending the early part of his career at Drew & Napier, Lee worked in U.S. and UK law firms in Singapore, London and Dubai. His experience, spanning almost two decades, includes contentious and non-contentious aspects of construction and engineering projects, with expertise in the energy and infrastructure sectors in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, UK, Afghanistan, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Egypt and Bahrain.
