Allen & Overy has promoted 16 lawyers to its partnership globally, including three appointments each in Hong Kong and Dubai.

In Hong Kong, the firm promoted international capital markets specialists Amit Singh and Ross Stewart, as well as litigation expert Matt Bower.

Michael Diosi, David Foster and Bilal Ahmad were made partners in Dubai. They specialise in the banking, corporate and international capital markets sectors, respectively.

The promotions are effective from May 1 this year.
