Eversheds has named Ben Bruton as the head of its UAE practice, and appointed Nayiri Boghossian as the head of litigation and alternative dispute resolution in the Middle East.

Bruton, a partner in Eversheds’ UAE's dispute resolution team, has been based in the UAE since 2012. He practised in the UK for 12 years before that. Bruton has acted on behalf of international and domestic banks and multinational corporations in litigation and arbitration matters.

Based in Dubai since 2002, Boghossian has experience in litigation and arbitration. She is also an arbitrator with the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and a Domain Name Panelist at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Arbitration Centre.
