HWL Ebsworth has recruited Macpherson + Kelley senior associate Michael Mammen as a partner in the property team.

Mammen has expertise in residential, commercial and mixed use developments such as ownership and development structuring and  leasing. He acts for all parties involved in the property industry, including developers (listed and private), vendors, purchasers, landlords, tenants, managers, consultants and advisors.

“We are experiencing greater demand for our property expertise than ever before and we see the expansion of our team as a strategic growth opportunity for our firm. Michael has loyal relationships in all areas of the property sector, and his practical experience makes him a valuable addition to our team” said Juan Martinez, managing partner of HWL Ebsworth.

Mammen will remain based in Melbourne.
