Global law firm  Baker & McKenzie has  advised French multinational advertising and communications company Publicis Groupe on its acquisition of Dubai-based digital advertising agency Flip Media in a deal that will bring the Paris-headquartered company into the fold of the U.S.-based advertising firm Leo Burnett Worldwide.

“We are pleased to have been part of an important acquisition for this long-standing client of the firm,” said Tahan Thraya, Baker & McKenzie’s corporate partner based in Abu Dhabi. “The acquisition represents a significant investment in strengthening the Publicis Groupe’s digital offering in the region.”
