Shook Lin & Bok has hired shipping litigation specialist Probin Dass as a partner in its litigation and dispute resolution practice.

Dass, formerly a lawyer with Rajah & Tann, joins from Charles Taylor Mutual Management (Asia) Pte Ltd, a protection and indemnity association where he handled P&I and FDD matters for the association’s members.

With a particular focus on shipping-related matters, Dass is experienced in wet and dry shipping work. He also has expertise in areas such as asset and project finance as well as general commercial disputes.
