Tilleke & Gibbins has hired American lawyer Jim Dao to its corporate /commercial team in Vietnam from the Ho Chi Minh City office of Mayer Brown JSM. Dao is an experienced corporate attorney whose practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, company formation, and strategic investment advice for multinational corporations and private investment funds doing business in Vietnam. With a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Dao speaks Vietnamese and is a registered foreign lawyer with the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam. “We’re delighted to add an attorney of Jim’s calibre to our team,” said Michael K.
