Adelaide firm Cowell Clarke has seen revenue growth of ten percent and believes that there are signs of returning confidence in the business community.

These observations were made by Cowell Clarke managing partner Jon Clarke as he announced three new internal partner promotions in the corporate/commercial space - Megan Jongebloed, Catherine Evans and Paul Bradley.

“We are proud of the fact that our three new partners have been promoted from within the firm,” Clarke said. “Cowell Clarke does not believe in growing for the sake of growing or acquiring growth by lateral recruitment of senior people.”

Clarke nominated capital raisings, compliance, financial services, energy & resources, litigation and insolvency/ restructuring as some of the areas which were continuing to be busy. He predicted the economic conditions for the next 12 to 18 months would continue to remain challenging, but there were “signs of growing optimism.”
