Construction lawyer Nathan Abbott has joined the Melbourne office of Colin Biggers & Paisley. Abbott has acted on construction disputes in all Australian jurisdictions and also works in the non-contentious areas of construction law, providing advice and drafting and negotiating contracts on behalf of his clients.

“Since our entry into the Melbourne legal market, we've been keen to boost the capabilities of our Melbourne office in particular areas, so that they match our traditional fields of expertise,” said CBP managing partner  Dunstan de Souza. “Construction is a vital practice area for us and we were determined that the skills within the Sydney office be mirrored in Melbourne.”
