Fox Tucker general manager Janet Miller has been promoted to the newly created position of CEO. Miller assumes full responsibility for the management of the firm.

Meanwhile, founding managing partner Joe DeRuvo will step down from that role in order to concentrate on leading the firm’s commercial dispute resolution team.

DeRuvo said he welcomed the new structure.“It’s been a real privilege to lead this firm over the past few years,” he said. “But we’re in capable hands with Janet taking the wheel. So I’m really looking forward to once again being completely immersed in my practice and forging new client relationships.”
