Bruce Cowley is set to take on the chairman’s role at Minter Ellison, following the expiry of current chairman Russell Miller’s term on July 1.

Cowley has been with Minter Ellison for 32 years, having joined as an articled clerk and was appointed a partner in 1987. He is a senior corporate lawyer and widely recognised for his contribution to corporate law and regulatory reform in Australia. Cowley is based in Brisbane.
