AdventBalance has announced the appointment of Sandra Gibson as managing director.

 Since joining AdventBalance in 2010, Gibson has played a key role in expanding the law firm’s presence across Australia. With over 20 years of experience in management roles at leading law firms and corporate organisations such as Freehills and Great Southern Limited, Gibson has significant expertise in mergers and divestments, change management and remuneration strategy.

Gibson’s appointment means that 50 per cent of the firm’s management is now female. Women now account for 70 per cent of the firm’s workforce.
