Duncan Cotterill has appointed two new partners to its practice, in Wellington and Nelson respectively.
Nick Crang joins Duncan Cotterill in Wellington, specialising in public law, having made the move from Buddle Findlay. Previously, he worked as a lawyer and policy adviser for the Ministry of Commerce. He has a particular focus on the telecommunications, broadcasting and energy sectors.

Judith Harper has been promoted to partner in the Nelson office, where she specialises in corporate and commercial law and information technology law. She provides extensive advice and assistance to a number of New Zealand’s leading corporates and public sector clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, ICT and commercial contracts.
