Assegaf Hamzah & Partners (AHP) will merge with antitrust boutique firm Rizkiyana & Iswanto on Oct. 1, with the latter firm’s seven-member team moving to AHP.

AHP currently has more than 60 fee-earners, including two dedicated competition law partners. Rizkiyana & Iswanto was set up in 2005 by Rikrik Rizkiyana and Vovo Iswanto, two former senior employees of Indonesia’s Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition (Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha or KPPU).
