HWL Ebsworth has added new partner Shahriar Mofakhami to its commercial practice.
Mofakhami  joined HWL Ebsworth from boutique firm Greenfields, where he advised on acquisitions and divestitures, securities and financial services law, taxation, corporate governance and risk management. He commenced his career at Mallesons Stephen Jaques and worked for a number of years in that firm's corporate and taxation groups.
