Chapman Tripp has announced the appointment of three new partners.

Kelly McFadzien, of the Auckland office, specialises in corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on commercial contracts, transactions and projects involving technology, infrastructure and outsourcing, intellectual property and services.

Justin Graham, also of the Auckland office, is a Cambridge-educated commercial litigator specialising in technology, media and telecommunications, intellectual property, privacy, corporate and commercial dispute resolution.

Meanwhile in Wellington, Josh Blackmore is a specialist in corporate and commercial transactions, securities law and regulatory matters.

A Chapman Tripp statement said that the firm was now the largest legal partnership in New Zealand, with 54 partners.
