Henry Davis York has made an addition to its Brisbane partnership, effective January 2014.

Mark Schneider, currently a senior associate with HDY, is a restructuring and insolvency expert who is also a “born and bred” Queenslander, the firm noted in a statement.

Commenting on the promotion, HDY's managing partner, Sharon Cook, said:  "Congratulations to Mark on his appointment to the HDY partnership. Mark has played a pivotal role in the growth of our Brisbane office, and I look forward to his continued contribution, as we progress with our journey towards becoming a tier one law firm practising nationally."
