Berwin Leighton Paisner has hired structured asset finance expert Nigel Ward as a partner in Hong Kong.

Ward advises financial institutions on asset and secured financing transactions, including shipping and aircraft finance, commodity and trade finance, project finance and export credit finance.

Ward joins BLP from Norton Rose Fulbright, where he was a finance partner in the firm’s Beijing office.
