Dechert has relocated Louise Roman, managing partner of its Tbilisi office, to Dubai, where she will lead its capital markets and corporate finance practices in the region.

Roman, who will remain managing partner of the Tbilisi office, has experience in debt and equity issuances in the MENA region, Central Asia, CIS, and Eastern Europe. Her practice covers international securities, corporate finance, and M&A transactions.

She has worked on significant transactions in the region such as the first NASDAQ Dubai listing, first public takeover of a listed company in Dubai, and first voluntary exchange offer by a sovereign issuer in the Middle East.
