Zhong Lun Law Firm has hired corporate finance specialist Victor Pang as a partner in the firm’s Hong Kong office.

Previously a counsel in Reed Smith’s Beijing office, Pang focuses on corporate finance and M&A work. He also advises both Chinese state-owned enterprises and private companies on their overseas listings, acquisitions and investments.

With the addition of Pang, Zhong Lun’s Hong Kong office now has 12 partners.
