O’Melveny & Myers has hired disputes and resolution partner Denis Brock from King & Wood Mallesons in Hong Kong.

Brock specialises in commercial, corporate, and regulatory litigation and arbitration matters including fraud investigations, PRC-related disputes, professional negligence claims, risk management and banking litigation.

He has advised clients in the banking, oil and gas, brokerage, insurance and accounting sectors.

He is expected to expand O’Melveny & Myers’ regulatory and investigation capabilities in Asia.

Before joining King & Wood Mallesons, Brock was Asia head of Clifford Chance’s litigation and dispute resolution practice.

O’Melveny & Myers now has five partners at its Hong Kong office.
