ZICOlaw has expanded its network to Hanoi with the opening of an office in that city. It is ZICOlaw’s second office in Vietnam following the establishment of ZICOlaw (Vietnam) Limited in Ho Chi Minh City in 2012.

The Hanoi office is headed by partner Phuong Nguyen, who joins from Mayer Brown JSM. Nguyen, who focuses on both banking and financial matters, and also corporate and commercial matters, has  more than 19 years of experience advising on infrastructure projects, project finance, capital markets and banking transactions.

This latest office takes total number in the ZICOlaw network to 15 cities in eight countries in the ASEAN region.
