Hadiputranto, Hadinoto & Partners leads the nominations for the ALB 2014 Indonesia Law Awards with a total of 14 nods, including the Deal Firm of the Year and Dispute Resolution Law Firm of the Year categories.

Hanafiah Ponggawa & Partners and Assegaf Hamzah & Partners come in a close second and third with 11 and 10 mentions respectively, including the coveted Managing Partner of the Year category.

Of the foreign law firms, Clifford Chance leads with a total of five nominations, including Debt Market Deal of the Year, Energy and Resources Deal of the Year, Equity Market Deal of the Year and M&A Deal of the Year.

Latham & Watkins and Norton Rose Fulbright each have a total of four nods, including Debt Market Deal of the Year and Energy and Resources Deal of the Year.

Within the in-house category, Sun Life Financial Indonesia has the most nominations with two, including the In-House Lawyer of the Year Category.

The winners of the awards, to be decided by an independent panel of judges, will be announced at a gala event at the InterContinental Jakarta MidPlaza on Oct. 28, 2014.

The inaugural ALB Indonesia Law Awards event will not only honour the outstanding achievements of the leading law firms and in-house legal teams, it will also recognise and reward Indonesia’s top deals and deal makers of 2013.
