DLA Piper has bolstered its corporate and capital markets teams with the hire of Melody He-Chen as a partner in the firm’s Hong Kong office.

Previously a partner at Morrison & Foerster in Hong Kong, He-Chen advises multinationals and financial institutions on M&A, private equity, financings and compliance matters.

She also advises companies on their IPOs on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and other equity capital markets transactions, as well as debt capital markets work including dim sum bond issuances.

The addition of He-Chen closely follows the hires of corporate partners John Viverito, Myles Hankin and Joe Bauerschmidt in DLA Piper’s Singapore office.
