Malaysian law firm Zul Rafique & Partners has hired David Lee Lai Huat as a partner in its corporate finance group in Kuala Lumpur from Tay & Partners.

With nearly 20 years of experience Lee, who has also advised clients on corporate real estate and corporate banking, focuses his practice on corporate finance, M&A and takeovers and mergers. Additionally, he advises on joint ventures and foreign direct investments and has experience in local licensing conditions and requirements.
