Pinsent Masons has hired Osama Hassan from Canadian firm Bennett Jones and named him its new corporate head for the Middle East. He will be based in the Dubai office.


Hassan, who brings with him senior associates Ziad Haddad and Aarshi Mahajan from Bennett Jones, has over 25 years of experience in the UAE legal market and advises government departments, heads of family owned business and energy and infrastructure organizations.


Hassan's appointment follows the firm's hire of tax specialist Ian Anderson in Dubai earlier this year.
