Baker & McKenzie.Wong & Leow has hired corporate/M&A specialist Min-tze Lean as a principal from Stamford Law Corporation in Singapore.

With more than 17 years of experience, Lean focuses on M&As, joint ventures, corporate advisory and compliance work, insolvency and restructuring, employment, and competition law.  He has advised on public company takeovers and represents SGX-listed companies in their acquisitions and disposals of assets, as well as placements and reverse takeovers.

Stamford Law recently merged with the U.S.-headquartered Morgan Lewis & Bockius. Rajah & Tann announced last week that it had hired Stamford disputes partner Tan Chuan Thye SC.

In October, Baker & McKenzie.Wong & Leow hired Chen Yih Pong as principal in the corporate and securities practice group from WongPartnership.
