Capital markets lawyer David Neuville has rejoined Simmons & Simmons as a partner in the firm’s Hong Kong office.

Neuville, who advises on U.S. equity and debt capital markets transactions, joins Simmons & Simmons from Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, where he was a partner in the U.S. firm’s Hong Kong office.

Neuville first joined Simmons & Simmons as a partner in 2004, before moving to Jones Day in 2007. He then joined Cadwalader in May 2012, along with fellow Jones Day capital markets partners Jeffrey Maddox and Joseph Lee.

With the addition of Neuville, Simmons & Simmons now has 17 partners in Hong Kong.
