Clyde & Co has appointed Sally Sfeir-Tait as a partner in its regulatory and compliance team. Prior to joining Clyde, she was running regulatory advisory firm Market Mosaic, which she founded.

An Arabic speaking barrister, Sfeir-Tait has been both a regulator and a compliance professional during her career. She was earlier the head of legal and compliance and board secretary at Abu Dhabi’s ADS Securities, and senior legal counsel with the Dubai Financial Services Authority. Additionally, she has experience working for Lebanese law firms Abouhamad, Merheb, Nohra, Chamoun & Chedid and Saade Partners.

Sfeir-Tait's arrival takes the number of Clyde & Co partners in the MENA region to 40.
