Singapore law firm Joseph Tan Jude Benny (JTJB) has hired Amrin Amin as a partner in its corporate practice from Watson, Farley & Williams Asia Practice.

Amrin specialises in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructuring across various industry sectors including chemicals, energy, natural resources and shipping. He also advises on general corporate and commercial matters and employment law, including employment agreements, secondment arrangements, and employment termination.

With the addition of Amrin, JTJB now has 26 lawyers in Singapore, including 9 partners.
