Key Candidate Requirements

• Singapore, England & Wales or equivalent common law qualified
• PQE 4/5+
• Experience in working with companies and financial institutions on a range of private and public debt (straight, equity-linked, high yield, bilateral, club and syndicated) financing transactions with a focus on China-related transactions preferred.
• Experience in financings in infrastructure and project development looked upon favourably
• Experience in acq’ and gen’ corporate financings in industry sectors such as retail, manufacturing, clean energy, utilities, real estate, natural resources and commodities
• Excellent academic background.

Fluent Mandarin not essential for this role.
