Our Client
Leading global law firm which has offices pan Asia Pacific requires junior to mid-level associates to join their growing DCM practice out of Singapore.

This client acts for a broad range of global, regional and national clients on complex international legal transactions throughout APAC.

You will work closely with and have the support of the finance partnership regionally.

Skill Set

• primary focus of work will be in the DCM space (i.e. MTN Programmes, standalone bond issuance)
• equity-linked experience (convertible/exchangeable bonds) and corporate trustee work (particularly in respect of defaulted bonds, restructurings) looked upon favourably
• broader finance exposure also available at this firm

Ideal candidate

• Top international to mid-tier experience
• E&W, ANZ or Singapore bar qualified
• 1-5 years PQE
